Position: Customer Service Representative (Soledad)

We are looking for professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Barranquilla. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
You will assist customers with inquiries related to orders, appointments, account access, and general support needs through phone, email, and chat. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation & Contract
- USD $5.75 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Independent Contractor position
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with questions related to orders, products, and services
- Support appointment scheduling and booking requests
- Help customers access, update, and manage their accounts
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and case details
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet established quality, productivity, and service standards
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
