Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Acute Care Pharmacist experience
• Active Pharmacist License (Required at submission)
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
• Experience using EPIC EMR
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations, medication verification, order review, dispensing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work both day and evening shifts as scheduled.
