Maintenance Technician - Senior Living & Resident Support

Atria Senior Living - Carmichael Oaks is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of our community. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing problems in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, while also maintaining exceptional customer service quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED, with at least one year of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license is required, as well as the ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate general maintenance tools.

This role offers an hourly wage range of $20.00 to $24.00, depending on experience, and includes benefits like paid holidays and a retirement savings plan.
