Sweep and clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies.
Dust furniture in common areas and resident rooms.
Assist Maintenance Director in getting all apartments to rent ready status before resident move ins.
Maintain resident rights to the best of your ability.
Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs required by employer.
Housekeepers report directly to the Independent Living and Executive Director. While working an 8-hour shift, our housekeepers spend a lot of time on their feet. Shifts times vary but are expected to take place Monday-Friday.
