Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations
  • Answer phone calls, act as office’s primary point of contact
  • Schedule office maintenance visits, manage office supplies inventory
  • Work with vendors to verify services and maintenance are being performed as required
  • Work with HR to update office policies
  • Work with HR to recruit and onboard new hires
  • Assist HR with payroll and tracking employee attendance records
  • Assist in accounting admininstrative processes
  • Enforce office policies and procedures
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for management
  • Other administrative support as necessary

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must be solution-oriented and a problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-sufficient
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
