Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations
- Answer phone calls, act as office’s primary point of contact
- Schedule office maintenance visits, manage office supplies inventory
- Work with vendors to verify services and maintenance are being performed as required
- Work with HR to update office policies
- Work with HR to recruit and onboard new hires
- Assist HR with payroll and tracking employee attendance records
- Assist in accounting admininstrative processes
- Enforce office policies and procedures
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for management
- Other administrative support as necessary
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must be solution-oriented and a problem solver
- Excellent communication skills, able to work in a team
- Attention to detail
- Self-sufficient
- Flexible and adaptable
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
