Staff Accountant | Hybrid Position MSP Real Estate | Heritage Senior Living West Allis, WI Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000 - Full Time MSP Real Estate/Heritage Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and improving processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations Support accounts payable and receivable functions Analyze financial data and explain variances Assist with audit preparation and reporting to banks/investors Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of accounting experience (preferred) Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software Experience with Yardi or PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Why Join Us?
