Service Manager

Culligan is currently seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as a Service Manager. This position reports to the General Manager of the dealership and is responsible for the management of all Service and Route and Warehouse personnel. The Service Manager will implement policies, procedures and systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service that exceeds the expectations of the customer. The Service Manager is responsible for the revenue and gross margin growth of the Service Department.
