We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven success in property management, resident relations, and team development.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor relations.
Lead, motivate, and manage onsite staff including leasing professionals, maintenance, and housekeeping team members.
Drive occupancy and revenue goals through leasing strategies, marketing efforts, and renewal retention.
Prepare, manage, and adhere to property budgets, financial reporting, and expense control.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Handle resident relations, resolve complaints, and enforce lease compliance in accordance with fair housing laws and company policies.
Approve invoices, monitor vendor performance, and coordinate contracted services.
Maintain accurate records including rent collections, deposits, delinquency tracking, and lease files.
Report directly to Regional/Corporate leadership with weekly updates on occupancy, financials, and operations.
