Four Points by Sheraton Savannah Airport is looking for a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender / Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing hotel, we'd love to meet you!

Position Summary

This dual-role position is responsible for preparing quality food in the kitchen while also providing exceptional bar service to our guests. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

Bartending

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to hotel guests.
• Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Recommend menu items and promote daily specials.

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and proper portion control.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and receiving deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification and/or Alcohol Server Permit preferred (or willingness to obtain).
