DIESEL MECHANIC JOB – ROCHESTER, NY

What You Will Do
•
Repair & maintain diesel trucks/heavy duty fleet vehicles
•
Work on trash trucks, roll off trucks, and flatbeds
•
Diagnose problems using tools and equipment
•
Fix brakes, engines, steering, electrical, and hydraulic systems
•
Perform routine PMs & inspections
•
Keep simple service records
What You Need – REQUIRED – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT ALL 3:
•
At least 1 to 2+ years’ Diesel mechanic experience on medium or heavy trucks
•
Hydraulic system experience required
•
Own your own tools. Have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s)
Schedule
•
Monday to Friday (Shift hours may be flexible)
•
First and Second shifts available (shifts generally start anywhere from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m., ending at 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. – depending on employee preference and company needs)
•
40 hours guaranteed, with Overtime almost always available!
