Operations Supervisor 2

Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned Convergint Technologies projects. Responsibilities include supervising large teams and multiple projects at one time. This is a line position responsible for the effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery. The position typically assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Service Coordinators in all aspects of the project. May assume job duties similar to Project Manager III as needed.
