Associate Corporate Counsel

Superior is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel (or senior-level Corporate Paralegal) to join our team in Houston, TX (on-site, 5 days per week) to support a dynamic, private, growth-oriented company. This role will report to the Assistant General Counsel, M&A, and will work closely with both the Assistant General Counsel and the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary.
