In-home Caregiver/Direct Care Worker - Valid Driver's License & Insured Vehicle REQUIRED

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care in their home and community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering both physical and emotional support in their daily activities. This position requires a commitment to patient well-being, dignity, and respect.

Our offices are located in Oakmont, Zelienople and Canonsburg, servicing surrounding areas throughout Western Pennsylvania.

RNs and LPNs also in need.

Caregiver/Direct Care Worker Duties and Responsibilities -

• Offering companionship to patients
• Taking clients to their medical appointments, the grocery store and other important places
• Medication reminders
• Preparing meals when needed
• Providing care across a variety of settings, including group homes and day service programs
• Keeping the house clean and doing laundry when needed
• Providing bathing and dressing assistance
• Keeping proper care records
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
• Communicating with medical professionals about the patient care plan
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

Caregiver/Direct Care Worker Skills and Qualifications -

Must be able to provide :

• Current Driver's License & Social Security Card
• Current 2-Step TB, Chest X-ray, or TB Blood Test (QGold or TSpot)

(If had 1 step within the past year, obtain another 1 step TB Test)

• Act 34 Criminal Background Check
• First Aid/Current CPR Certification
• Current Automobile Insurance Card
• 2 years proof of PA residency or FBI Clearance
• 2 verifiable references

Qualifications
