Curb Appeal Groundskeeper (Part-Time)

Maxus Properties is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper for Ridgewood Village Apartments in St. Peters, Missouri. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. This role supports the maintenance team and ensures that all common areas and amenities are clean and safe.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform physical tasks outdoors. A valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in groundskeeping is preferred.
