Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Effectively managing conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Performing access control at security entrances and exits.
• Conducting patrols inside and outside the client's premises, adaptable to various weather conditions and terrains.
• Engaging frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities.
• Providing thorough written reports.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure site and organizational goals are met daily.
• Carrying out specific tasks and duties as per assigned site requirements.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record are required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or the ability to complete the GED program within six months.
• Basic computer and technology skills are necessary.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus!
• Able to interact with a diverse range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay alert during shifts are essential.
• Ability to respond to emergencies efficiently and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to undergo the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background checks.
