CNC Machine Operator

Global Precision Industries is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong mechanical aptitude. We are also interested in individuals who are willing to learn and work hard. We will perform on the job training for exceptional candidates with no experience.

Responsibilities:

• General machine shop duties.
• Operate CNC Mills to perform precision machining operations. Loading of castings and forgings into workholding.
• Manufacture parts within tolerance and specifications.
• Measure and examine completed parts to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments.
• Monitor machines during the machining process.
• Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
• Follow company-established quality procedures.

Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• We will provide on the job training if necessary.
• Attention to detail is very important!
• Ability to use measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers a plus.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
