Residential Roofing Sales Representative

Next Door Home Construction is looking for motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team throughout Southern California.

This is a 100% commission-based, remote position with unlimited earning potential. You'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while helping homeowners with one of the biggest investments they'll make—their roof.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and other sales efforts
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss their needs
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
• Coordinate with our production team after the sale to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Roofing sales experience preferred, but strong sales experience in home improvement, solar, or construction will also be considered
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
