As a Student Transportation Driver, you'll play a vital role in helping students arrive at school safely, on time, and ready to learn. We proudly serve students throughout the Tucson area and are committed to providing exceptional transportation services through professionalism, reliability, and compassion.

Position Overview

• Part-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Minimum 25+ hours per week
• Morning and afternoon split shifts
• Transporting K-12 students to and from school
• Company vehicle provided
• Start Date: July 27, 2026

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from their assigned schools and designated pickup/drop-off locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure students enter and exit the vehicle safely while maintaining a calm, respectful, and positive environment.
• Maintain accurate route schedules and communicate professionally with parents, school personnel, and dispatch.
• Follow all company policies, Arizona traffic laws, and student transportation safety procedures.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and ready for daily operation.
• Respond professionally to changing traffic conditions, route adjustments, and student needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely operate company-issued passenger vans
• Experience working with children, schools, or transportation services is preferred
