Development Operations Manager

Supporting multifamily development projects throughout their lifecycle, the full-time remote Development Operations Manager will coordinate project timelines, assist with site evaluations, and manage financing-related activities while collaborating closely with ownership and various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Track development projects, timelines, milestones, and priorities while coordinating action items and deliverables Assist with site evaluation, due diligence, and entitlement efforts, ensuring effective communication among all project partners Support financing-related activities, including lender documentation and project financial information organization Required Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate, multifamily development, or real estate operations Background in development coordination, construction coordination, or project management Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial documentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment Desire to learn and grow within the commercial real estate development field
