We are …

a welcoming, low-stress bunch that likes to laugh hard, work hard, and eat our weight in DoorDash takeout.

All staff are cross-trained, and everyone rotates through the front and the back of house. We champion our employees taking ownership of their strengths and proudly support them when they want to grow educationally and technically.

Skilled with the soft stuff: client communication and education, conflict resolution, answering phones, and taking payments

Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.

Able to work under pressure, in new environments

Interested in growing your skillset and learning new things

Someone who believes in welcoming clients into the medical process by educating, supporting, comforting, and treating them as individuals
