This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.
Delivers professional activities in the General Administration job family with a focus on Administrative Services. Completes day-to-day Administrative Services tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Implements projects that impact the entire facility, office, business support and/or specific functions within HR Operations. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. Special project.
The role will be reviewing, downloading, tagging worker tax documents and creating files locations for downloaded documents. Role will schedule and complete Form I-9 review step in Workday. This is an onsite role worker must be able to commute to St. Louis, MO. There is daily/weekly expectations for each person being hired. Those will be discussed during training

- High School Graduate/GED with 12 months minimum experience in HR or similar roles. Employment Eligibility Form I-9 experience and Workday experience.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $24/hour - $28/hour
