Member Plan Coordinator - Estate Planning Documents Review | On-Site

UF Resources is a fast-growing company in the estate planning and financial services space, and we’re hiring a  Member Plan Coordinator & Document Review Specialist  to support our estate planning creation department. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with documents, and like being at the center of a well-coordinated process, this role could be a great fit for you.

You’ll play a  vital role  in making sure member estate plans are accurate, complete, and organized in partnership with our network attorneys—directly impacting the quality of service our members receive.

What You’ll Do

Review network attorney document submissions for new estate plans and plan updates/changes

Coordinate and organize all documentation needed to complete estate plan binders

Work directly with network attorneys to obtain missing or corrected documents

Use your understanding of tax statements and deed documents to help with deed funding

Track case status, maintain accurate records, and follow up to ensure timely completion

Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to keep cases moving

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Comfort working with documents, records, and checklists in a fast-paced environment

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at once

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through

Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, real estate, title work, or other document-heavy roles is a plus, but not required if you bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn
