Adecco is currently hiring a Contract-to-Hire TIG / MIG Precision Welder!
Are you a highly skilled welder with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? We're seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Precision Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, high-quality welds on a variety of metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
Precision welding experience is REQUIRED. Candidates must demonstrate advanced TIG and/or MIG welding skills with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
•
Perform TIG and/or MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
•
Produce high-precision welds that meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and welding specifications.
•
Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity using visual inspections and testing methods.
•
Set up and operate welding equipment, torches, filler materials, and shielding gases.
•
Prepare workpieces by cutting, grinding, sanding, and cleaning materials prior to welding.
•
Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
•
Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and production teams to meet deadlines and production goals.
•
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
•
Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality control requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience with TIG welding and/or MIG welding
Precision welding experience is a must
Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment
Welding certifications are a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
