Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting People Operations. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day employee inquiries. This position acts as an important point of contact for employees while helping maintain efficient and accurate HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding Offboarding

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and system setup

Manage employee records and ensure completion of required paperwork

Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit documentation and system access removal

HR Administration

Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation

Manage employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and compensation changes

Coordinate immigration case tracking and documentation with external counsel and HR Shared Services

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Coordinate employee anniversary and milestone recognition to support employee engagement

Employee Support

Respond to employee HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide guidance on employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes

Assist employees with benefits enrollment and leave requests

HR Projects

Assist with HR reporting and audits

Support implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives

Help maintain HR knowledge base and process documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1-3 years of HR experience

Strong organizational skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Eager to learn and grow in HR

Nice to Have:

Experience with Workday

Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments

We Offer:

The Base Salary Range for this role is $75,000-$85,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
