Role Description The Automotive Detailer contract role at Guinness Garage is an on-site position located in Castle Rock, CO. In this role, the detailer will perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and upholstery care. Daily responsibilities include preparing vehicles for customers, inspecting work for quality, and following established detailing standards and safety procedures. The detailer will interact with customers and team members to clarify service needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. The role may also involve basic inventory checks of detailing supplies and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Auto Detailing skills, including interior and exterior cleaning and finishing.
• Experience with Car Wash processes and exterior care techniques.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities when working with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
• Ability to work on-site in Castle Rock, CO, and stand, bend, and lift moderately heavy items as part of daily tasks.
• Familiarity with proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices in an automotive environment.
• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related vehicle appearance services is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are beneficial.
