We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Accounting/Financial Analyst or FP&A Manager to support enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis initiatives. This corporate-level role partners with operations and finance leadership across all locations, with a strong focus on capital expenditure planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who combines strong accounting knowledge with advanced analytical capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibiliti

• esTrack, analyze, and forecast capital expenditure (CapEx) spending and capital projects across the organizatio
• n.Partner closely with operations leaders to support financial planning and investment decision
• s.Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and executive-level presentation
• s.Lead and support quarterly forecasting processes and financial performance analysi
• s.Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance metrics to provide actionable business insight
• s.Support month-end and year-end accounting and finance activitie
• s.Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced financial reportin
• g.Assist in maximizing company performance through data-driven analysis and decision suppor
• t.Utilize ERP and financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Sage Fixed Assets, to support reporting and forecasting activitie
• s.Support finance leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as neede

d.Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fiel
• d.Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and organizational skill
• s.Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful business insight
• s.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exce
• l.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportin
• g.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmen
• t.Strong communication and presentation skill
• s.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage Fixed Assets preferre
• d.CPA designation is highly preferred but not require
