Compensation:
$115,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Utilize our proven systems to generate leads and expand a client base effectively.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement personalized marketing strategies.
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide expert advice.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment, ensuring collaborative success.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively guide clients through the real estate process.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems enables you to maintain accurate records and streamline client interactions.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs, showing your commitment to continuous learning.
- Knowledge of the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market or a strong desire to learn, providing clients with expert advice and insights.
