About Us

We are a locally owned, family-operated donut shop dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality donuts, handcrafted beverages, and exceptional customer service every day. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Store Manager who can confidently oversee daily operations and independently manage the store from opening to closing.

Position Summary

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for operating the store independently during your scheduled shifts. This role requires someone who is organized, trustworthy, customer-focused, and able to make decisions while ensuring the store runs efficiently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following business procedures.
• Manage all day-to-day store operations independently.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including milk teas, smoothies, hot and iced coffee, and other specialty drinks, while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary store environment.
• Stock and replenish donuts, beverages, and other products throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety and health standards are followed at all times.
• Make sure the display cases are stocked and visually appealing.
• Complete end-of-day cash reconciliation and closing reports.
• Secure the store at closing.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, bakery, café, coffee shop, boba tea shop, or food service management experience preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, smoothies, milk teas, or other specialty beverages is a plus, but training can be provided.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
