What the ideal candidate will do:
- Assemble mechanical systems and machinery using hand and power tools.
- Perform basic panel wiring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during assembly.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.

Communicate with customers as needed to provide updates and ensure requirements are met.
- Support general maintenance tasks.
- Must be a U.S. Person.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with mechanical and machine assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with working knowledge of basic quality inspection processes.
- Effective communication, math, and computer skills required.
