What the ideal candidate will do:

  • Assemble mechanical systems and machinery using hand and power tools.
  • Perform basic panel wiring.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during assembly.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.

Communicate with customers as needed to provide updates and ensure requirements are met.

  • Support general maintenance tasks.
  • Must be a U.S. Person.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with mechanical and machine assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with working knowledge of basic quality inspection processes.
  • Effective communication, math, and computer skills required.
