In this role, you aren’t just selling frames; you are prescribing the visual tools that help our patients succeed in school, at work, and in life. Whether you are an experienced ABO‑certified optician or a retail professional with an eye for style and a heart for service, we will provide the training and environment for you to excel.

What You’ll Do

• Curate the Look: Act as a personal stylist, helping patients select frames from our curated collection that match their face shape, style, and personality.
• Expert Prescribing: Translate clinical prescriptions into high-performance lens solutions (Digital progressives, blue-light protection, anti‑fatigue lenses, and premium sunwear).
• Precision Fitting: Take accurate measurements and perform custom adjustments to ensure every patient leaves with a "perfect fit."
• Inventory Management: Help manage our 400‑frame board, ensuring our 45% Women / 30% Men / 25% Kids mix remains fresh and exciting.
• Laboratory Coordination: Work with our lab partners to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
