We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor with a hospitality‑driven attitude to join our facilities team. This hands‑on leadership role requires active involvement in daily operations, team development, quality control, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside team members during daily operations and high‑volume events to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Perform routine inspections of all Club facilities ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness, organization and presentation.
- Establish and maintain detailed cleaning schedules, inspection programs and quality control procedures.
- Monitor daily housekeeping rounds and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
- Respond quickly to operational challenges and Member concerns.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, appearance and safety throughout the property and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, chemical handling procedures and company policies.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and chemical inventories; ensure proper care, maintenance, and timely replacement of equipment.
- Develop and communicate daily work assignments, project schedules, and departmental priorities while maintaining clear communication with leadership, department managers, and team members.
- Track project completion, preventative maintenance programs, and special assignments; coordinate housekeeping support for events and prepare reports on staffing, inspections, inventories, and operational performance.
- Lead, coach and develop housekeeping team members through daily engagement, training and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards and safety regulations.
- Must be able to work independently.
