City Wide Facility Solutions in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead and grow our Southeastern Wisconsin business. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the business including sales, operations, client retention, financial performance, leadership development, and organizational culture. - Analyze key business metrics and financial performance indicators to drive informed decision-making.
- Maintain focus on strategic priorities while balancing daily operational demands.
Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily operations across sales, operations, finance, administration, and client management functions.
- Ensure operational consistency, accountability, and alignment with company standards and expectations.
- Drive performance through clearly defined scorecards, goals, and measurable outcomes.
- Improve client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
- Build operational systems and processes that support sustainable long-term growth.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning responsibilities.
- Maintain strong understanding of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance.
Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners.
