Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during restorative, cosmetic, implant, prosthodontic, endodontic, periodontal, and Invisalign procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards
- Take high-quality digital radiographs (FMX, Panoramic, CBCT)
- Perform digital impressions using iTero and TRIOS scanners
- Maintain accurate clinical records using Eaglesoft and/or Curve
- Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment
- Assist with scheduling and front desk responsibilities when needed
- Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
Required
- Massachusetts Licensed Dental Assistant
- Minimum 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Experience taking digital radiographs (FMX) independently
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar dental software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Preferred
- 5+ years of dental assisting experience
- Proficient with Eagle soft or Curve dental software
- Proficient with digital iTero and/or TRIOS scanners
- Experience assisting with implants, prosthodontics, periodontics, or oral surgery
- CPR Certification
- Expanded Functions certification (preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
