Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during restorative, cosmetic, implant, prosthodontic, endodontic, periodontal, and Invisalign procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards
  • Take high-quality digital radiographs (FMX, Panoramic, CBCT)
  • Perform digital impressions using iTero and TRIOS scanners
  • Maintain accurate clinical records using Eaglesoft and/or Curve
  • Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment
  • Assist with scheduling and front desk responsibilities when needed
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Massachusetts Licensed Dental Assistant
  • Minimum 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
  • Experience taking digital radiographs (FMX) independently
  • Experience with Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar dental software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-focused

Preferred

  • 5+ years of dental assisting experience
  • Proficient with Eagle soft or Curve dental software
  • Proficient with digital iTero and/or TRIOS scanners
  • Experience assisting with implants, prosthodontics, periodontics, or oral surgery
  • CPR Certification
  • Expanded Functions certification (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
