Project Manager- Commercial Construction

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and subs while keeping schedules and budgets on track
• Plan and sequence work across tenant fit-outs, renovations, and occupied commercial spaces where cleanliness and phasing matter
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field crew
• Manage project cash flow, inspect job sites, and hold the line on safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with light estimating, procurement, and subcontractor proposals
• Work closely with superintendents, project engineers, and admins to keep everyone aligned

What You Need

• 2 to 3 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent field experience
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in occupied, active commercial environments where operations don't stop for construction

Compensation and Benefits

• $65,000 to $85,000 per year based on experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour days
• Hybrid and remote flexibility with site visits as needed
