Resident Transition Coordinator

Camillo Companies is actively seeking an experienced Resident Transition Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless resident transitions (i.e. eviction cases), accurately communicating with residents and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and company best practices. This person will coordinate the eviction process. This role will report directly to the Property Transition Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, they will have the ability to handle sensitive situations in a professional manner.
