Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2-3 years of custodial and facilities experience
• Two-year college degree or higher preferred
• Thorough knowledge of building maintenance needs, supplies, and equipment
• Ability to read, write, and understand general instructions
• Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Experience mixing and using a variety of cleaning chemicals and agents
• Own transportation with a valid State of Georgia driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage
• Must be able to attend all meetings, local, out of town, and out of state

Background Check & Substance Abuse Testing

Must complete a comprehensive criminal background check as part of pre-employment process. Must pass substance abuse testing and provide references. E.O.E.
