Social Worker

Provides Social Work services in a Senior Assisted Living community. This includes brief supportive counseling to residents, case management services to assist residents in safely maintaining their highest level of independence, and general daily support. Participates in a holistic team approach to meet the residents' needs. Services are provided in accordance with the Agency Mission and core values through prescribed procedures and established quality professional care standards.
