Senior Manager, Delivery Operations

The Senior Manager, Delivery Operations is accountable for the short to midterm (1–3 year) execution of LSPT’s delivery and terminal operations strategy across a multisite network. This role provides enterprise leadership to Terminal Managers and delivery operations teams, ensuring safe, compliant, cost effective, and high-quality transportation and delivery performance. Operating with significant autonomy under the Director, LSPT Fleet Operations, this role sets operational direction, drives cross-functional integration, establishes operational standards, and drives continuous improvement across the delivery network.
