We're a locally owned, chef-driven, made-from-scratch restaurant bringing our award-winning Nashville hot chicken to Tennessee. We believe great food starts with quality ingredients, attention to detail, and a team that takes pride in their craft.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to our standards
• Work fry, sandwich, and prep stations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support your teammates to create a positive kitchen culture

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of line cook experience required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
