General Maintenance Technician - HVAC (2nd Shift)

General Maintenance Technician IV performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC systems. This position is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards. Familiar with a variety of these fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work in a team environment to do repairs, and preparation of guest villas.
