Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative

TK Roofing & Restoration — DFW Area

Full-time | W-2 Employee

Pay: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Expected Earnings: $60,000–$120,000+ per year based on performance

Job Summary

TK Roofing & Restoration is hiring a Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our residential roofing business in the DFW area.

No roofing experience is required, but prior experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, roofing, solar, pest control, construction, real estate, or home services is preferred.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who is motivated, coachable, and comfortable talking to homeowners.

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
• 3% commission on company-supported closed jobs
• 4% commission on self-generated closed jobs after training
• Commissions paid on completed and collected jobs
• Opportunity for growth based on performance

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned DFW neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about roofing services
• Generate roof inspection appointments
• Follow up with homeowners by phone, text, and email
• Learn how to identify and document roof damage
• Safely climb ladders and assist with roof inspections
• Enter notes, photos, and job information into AccuLynx
• Represent the company professionally and ethically

Requirements

• No prior roofing experience required
• Must be comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Must be coachable and willing to follow a sales process
• Must be located in or near the DFW area
