GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Manufacturing/Repair Company in their search for an On-Site Sales/Customer Service Representative for either their Buffalo or Ithaca locations. Requirements:

• Strong customer service mentality with a responsive, solutions-oriented approach
• Ability and willingness to physically handle, process, and manage industrial and production-critical parts (receiving, logging, packaging, and shipping)
• Reliable attendance and a strong sense of urgency - production environments depend on consistent, on-time support
• Team Player mentality
• Experience in a manufacturing, production support, or industrial environment is a plus but not required
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to take ownership of your site and grow within the role
