Your Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash and remove debris from lawns, sidewalks, and entryways
• Use blowers or power washers to maintain walkways and breezeways
• Ensure dumpsters and trash compactors are kept clean
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and perform touch-up painting
• Monitor and report maintenance issues to supervisors
