A Business Analyst (BA) bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team, and designing practical solutions. They support project management by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure quality through testing and validation. Their role enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, improves decision-making, boosts customer satisfaction, and fosters innovation and growth, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements.
Communication Facilitation: Acting as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication.
Solution Design: Assisting in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Project Management Support : Helping to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and assisting in project planning and management.
Quality Assurance: Participating in testing and validation processes to ensure the developed applications meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all processes, requirements, and changes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interacting with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications.
These responsibilities ensure that the developed applications align with business goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.

Knowledge of Rollins applications desired but not required
Experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.
Experience:
B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
Has a minimum of 5 years working as a business analyst or similar type position
