Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, bonus program
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (in-office only)
Overview:
We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our growing team and help support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with DOH and agency policies
- Manage office staff schedules and monitor productivity
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records for caregivers and patients
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, intake, and clinical departments
- Handle communication with insurance providers, patients, and caregivers
- Support audit preparation and licensing requirements
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a home care agency preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HHAeXchange systems
- Bilingual a must ( English/Chinese)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) regulations
- Experience managing CHRC, EVV, coordination and onboarding process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
