No Experience Required
We provide complete training through our in-house Sales Program, where you’ll learn:
- How to inspect roofs and identify damage
- How to pitch and close confidently
- How to set a qualified appointment
- How to guide homeowners from inspection to installation

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected and older neighborhoods
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through the roofing basics
- Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
- Set qualified follow-up appointments with homeowners

- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
