Skilled Fitter & Welder - Precision Metal Fabrication

Gilder Search Group is currently seeking experienced fitter/welders on the west side of Cleveland. The role requires strong manual dexterity and the ability to effectively use hand and power tools. Success in this position involves various welding techniques including MIG and TIG, understanding engineering sketches, and adhering to safety standards.

Primary responsibilities include layout, positioning, welding components, and inspecting work. Candidates must be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring quality output and safety compliance.
