Utilize your expertise within the educational environment and help students succeed both in and out of the classroom. Whether youre an experienced SLP-CCC, a candidate currently completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or someone with a passion for pediatric speech therapy, your skills will be highly valued in this collaborative school setting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in Minnesota.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates will be considered.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations or within educational settings.
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in small groups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track students progress toward IEP goals.
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and parents.
  • Provide recommendations and resources for classroom accommodations as needed.
