Journeyman Plumber – Commercial Service & Construction

Location: Denver Metro Area

Pay: $35-$45/hr DOE

Schedule: Full-Time

If you're a licensed Journeyman Plumber who knows commercial work and you're tired of bouncing from company to company, this is a solid opportunity. We're looking for someone who can handle commercial service calls, jump onto renovation projects, and help with new construction when needed.

The work is steady, the jobs are local, and you'll be working on commercial projects throughout the Denver metro and Front Range. Most of your time will be spent on service work, but you'll also get involved in tenant improvements, remodels, and new commercial builds.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in commercial buildings
• Handle service calls on plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and piping
• Install and modify commercial plumbing systems for remodels and new construction
• Read blueprints and plumbing drawings to complete installs correctly
• Work independently while communicating with customers, project managers, and the rest of the team
• Complete paperwork and service reports accurately
• Follow plumbing codes and maintain a safe, clean jobsite

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Journeyman Plumber License (required)
• Strong commercial plumbing experience in service, construction, or both
• Able to troubleshoot problems without someone looking over your shoulder
• Comfortable working with commercial piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Good attitude, dependable, and takes pride in quality work
• Willing to travel throughout the Front Range as needed (typically Castle Rock to Loveland)
