As the Director of Compliance and Property Operations, you will spearhead the governance and regulatory management of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expanding hyperscale data center property portfolio. This pivotal role encompasses property-related strategy and execution, ranging from land administration and municipal coordination to lease compliance and safety oversight.
You will serve as a crucial liaison between Oracle and external stakeholders, including municipalities, utilities, landowners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring that our sites are compliant, operationally efficient, and strategically positioned for growth.
In addition to overseeing core property governance duties, you will lead site-support functions, including Logistics Managers, Audit & Compliance Managers, and Asset Managers, fostering leadership across the broader property and site services organization. Your expertise will help ensure that administrative operations and compliance obligations are executed seamlessly across our portfolio.
This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in real estate, land use, environmental compliance, and infrastructure operations, capable of managing a complex property portfolio in a fast-paced environment while translating regulatory and operational issues into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading property management, compliance, and site service strategies across hyperscale data center locations.
- Acting as Oracle's primary contact for property governance with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Managing land administration activities, including easements, leases, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with local regulatory bodies on zoning, permitting, and safety compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with lease terms and surrounding environmental obligations.
- Identifying and mitigating property-related risks and community issues.
- Leading the site services organization, overseeing audit management, logistics, and support functions.
- Implementing processes that improve operational visibility, predictability, and scalability.
- Reporting on portfolio health, regulatory exposure, and compliance statuses to executive leadership.
- Representing Oracle professionally in engagements with external stakeholders and local officials.

Location: This is a full-time role located onsite at our new hyperscale facility in Shackelford County, Texas. Relocation assistance will be provided.
